About Austin Kipfmiller: Founder
Austin Kipfmiller is the founder of Kipfmiller Pathways, a company inspired by his passion for mentoring and assisting students and young professionals. Through personalized guidance, strategic planning, and practical resources, Austin works closely with individuals to identify their goals, explore opportunities, and develop actionable roadmaps for long-term success. His mission is to empower clients to make informed decisions and build meaningful pathways toward their educational and professional aspirations.

Austin earned his bachelor's degree in political science and economics with honors at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. During his time at the university, he served as an Office of TRIO Programs tutor and mentor, Supplemental Instruction leader, research assistant, and student representative for the Alumni Society Board. These experiences fostered a passion for mentoring others and helping students develop the confidence, skills, and direction needed to achieve their goals.

In addition to his work in higher education, Austin serves with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he has developed expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, economic analysis, workforce planning, and organizational management. By combining his professional experience with his commitment to education and mentorship, Austin provides thoughtful, personalized consulting that equips students and professionals with the clarity, confidence, and strategies needed to succeed in an ever-changing academic and professional landscape.
